ISO 9001 - An achievement of all

After two days of auditing, the auditors of DQS do Brasil recommended the certification of Leme Armazéns Gerais for ISO 9001 in the scope of coffee storage and re-processing, a certificate issued under registration 60300930 QM15.

 

All of our procedures were well evaluated, with emphasis on our business plan and quality management system, based on our Quality Policy:

• Continuous improvement | permanent goal to increase its performance;
• Stakeholder satisfaction | know, understand and meet the requirements as a way to guarantee everyone's satisfaction;
• Supply partnership | establish a win-win partnership.

 

This is another achievement for our entire group, and for the consultancy I'm Legal, the result of hard work, organization and a focus on the quality of services provided.

 

Now is the time for a lot of work, time to improve each of the processes and to develop each of the improvement opportunities found.
