After 03 years of implementing IS0 9001 and our Quality Policy, 2023 began with a new visit by DQS auditors, William Carlos and José Antônio Correia Santos, for the first Recertification Audit.
There were practically two and a half days of auditing, analyzing and verifying more than 100 standard requirements in processes related to the Quality Management System - QMS, Board, Machinery, Maintenance, Human Resources, Commercial, Classification, Tax, Inventory and Purchasing.
At the end of the audit, the lead auditor recommended our certification without any type of Non-Conformity, and also pointed out 19 strengths in relation to the requirements of the Standard.

However, as part of the Continuous Improvement process, the audit also showed 10 improvement points. And it is with these reference bases that we will work to continue evolving until the next audit.
